Absolutely nothing. We hope that you and your family will leave everything just where it is. Don't throw anything away. Merely remove any family heirlooms or photos that you would like to keep for you and your loved ones, and leave the rest to us. We are here to make your life easier and the biggest favor you can do is to let us decide what to throw away and what to sell. You'd be amazed at what we will be able to market. Now relax and let the estate liquidation experts take charge.

You pay nothing up front.  We pay the expenses for the entire estate liquidation out of pocket and are reimbursed from the estate sale's gross proceeds. (advertising, city permit, and workers.)

Our commission and charges are based on:

• Challenge of project
• Preparation time          
• Hours needed to research values
• Marketing and advertising
• Supplies to prepare and run the estate sale
• Workers needed to complete the estate liquidation
• City Permit
• Commute

We will need at least two weeks or more to set up and one weekend to do the estate liquidation.
